- Constantly changing and growing, I've been attracted to the clean and healthful life ever since I can remember. As a child I wanted to save the animals and stop pollution, and these ideals have carried on into my adult life. One step at a time, I do what I can, hoping to instill these concepts in my extended family as well. As a Reiki Master of 12 years, Pilates and yoga teacher of 4 years, I'm making a concerted effort to live mindfully and help those who fill my space. I'm happily married to my high school sweetheart & a mom to a bright & beautiful little boy. :P
